EULA - End User License Agreement

Universal Study Helper is provided to you on the condition that you accept the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept this license agreement in its entirety, you must stop using the software and remove all copies thereof. Your continued use of the software implies your acceptance of this license agreement.

Universal Study Helper is not free software. You may use it free of charge to try its functionality for a trial period of 30 days. After the trial period has ended, you have to either buy a registration key, as described in the accompanying documentation or at http://www.universalstudyhelper.com/buy.html, or stop using the software and remove it from your computer.

You may pass along copies of the trial version of the software, but only in its original, unmodified form, as obtained from the Universal Study Helper web site at http://www.universalstudyhelper.com (i.e. the single installer executable).
You may not modify or reverse-engineer the software in an attempt to circumvent any license restriction mechanisms.

The registration key that will be provided to you upon purchase may be used to unlock the full version of the software on a single computer owned or operated by you. For additional installations, you have to purchase additional keys. You may not distribute or communicate the registration key code to any other parties.

The software and any accompanying files are provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind. The author expressly disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall the author be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the software, even if the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the author's liability exceed the license fee paid, if any.
